Program Manager

Ahmad Ayyash is a community activist and expert in non-profit management, he brings over 20 years of institutional experience. He is known for aligning teams, optimising operations, and driving results. In every management role, he improved performance, met strategic goals, and ensured long-term sustainability through innovative leadership.

He designs and manages programs that drive measurable, lasting change. As a professional trainer, he creates training that builds practical skills through interactive methods. He has developed initiatives in leadership, media, capacity building, negotiation, and conflict resolution that create tangible outcomes. He empowers individuals and organisations to increase societal impact.

Tamara Nassar

Projects Coordinator

Tamara Nassar co-founded Bait Byout in 2011 and has remained an active member ever since. In July 2022, she became Projects Coordinator at the organisation, continuing her deep involvement in the community.
Prior to her current role at Bait Byout, Tamara was the Sports Department Coordinator at Sareyyet Ramallah. She holds degrees in Office Management and Event Management.
She is a LARPer, game designer, and youth worker. She has used LARP to address social and political issues. In 2024, her LARP, Tiny Steps in Heaven—on Gaza’s children—won the Echoes of the Innocents competition and was presented at several LARP festivals.

Khalil Abu Lehia

Accountant

Khalil Abu Lehia youth and social activist with over ten years of experience leading civil society organisations, driving youth and environmental action, coordinating programs, building youth capacity, and managing administrative and financial operations. He also excels in photography, visual content creation, and short filmmaking, and is actively participating in several local and regional civil society networks and organisations.
