LArping For Wellbeing

LARPing for Well-Being an Erasmus+ Capacity Building for Youth initiative funded by the European Union, will run from January 2026 to December 2027, is an international youth project that promotes emotional well-being through innovative non-formal education approaches.

The project introduces Live Action Role-Playing (LARP) as a creative and practical youth work tool that helps young people to:

  • Express themselves safely
  • Build resilience and confidence
  • Strengthen social and emotional skills
  • Explore real-life situations through guided role-play

Through cross-country cooperation, partners develop trainings, tools, and open resources that make LARP accessible and usable in youth work settings.

The project is carried out by a partnership of organisations from seven countries, working together to implement and promote the project activities.
